Business Analysts/Project Managers

We have an immediate need for business analysts with a strong background in business, technology, human resources, and payroll services. Candidates must have demonstrated a strong business analysis/project management experience.

The business analyst's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, gathering requirements, establishing project documentation, functional design and business quality standards, working with key users to continually improve business processes, managing projects throughout the entire systems development life cycle, developing and executing test plans, and developing and delivering training. Ideal candidates must feature strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a professional presence are also critical. As part of a professional services firm, the business analyst's specific responsibilities may vary from project to project, providing excitement and variety, while requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Data Architects

You've created logical ER diagrams from the ground up, gathering requirements from end-users. You're also experienced in creating physical data models using two or more major databases and your past projects include Oracle on UNIX or NT. Not afraid of a challenge, you have experience in performing physical database design for high-volume OLTP applications with databases in the 200+ GB range.

Your tuning experience with Oracle databases and strong understanding of database partitioning schemas for Oracle8, DB2 and/or Informix are also key.

The required skills and technologies for data architects are as follows:

• Database partitioning schemas
• Database instance tuning and SQL query tuning
• Experience performing physical database design for high-volume OLTP applications
• UNIX and/or NT
• Databases such as Oracle, Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server
• DB2 and/or Informix
